Creative Campaigns
Here is a showcase of some creative campaigns produced for a variety of corporate clients. Some films were produced in partnership with content agencies, and others working with the end client directly. Some clients approach me with a fully finished storyboard, and hire me bring it to life in animation. Others start with nothing but a script. I help them refine the message into a creative piece of storytelling, then produce a mood-board to get a feel for where their heads are at in terms of visual style. With feedback gathered, I can begin to tailor a unique brand / illustrative style. With that signed off I produce a storyboard, then a full motion graphics solution. The objective is always to deliver an end product that is a beautifully crafted and inspiring piece of storytelling. I also take care to treat their existing brand elements with respect.
Quadient franking machines
I made this animated film for Quadient, to promote their mail franking solutions. There was no pre-existing animation style for this client, so the creative process started with a mood-board to work out the broad strokes for the desired look and feel. Then I produced style frames to completely pin down the illustrative approach, before moving on to full storyboard and animation. I came up with elegant and visually arresting ways to tell their story at all stages of the creative process.
Fexco Currency Conversion Solutions
Fexco are the global market leader in providing Dynamic Currency Conversions to merchants around the world. Working in partnership with a writer / director, I made this film promoting their contactless payments service to international travellers. The style involves blending motion graphics elements with stock footage. The campaign comprised a number of films, which had to fit together in terms of look, pacing and audio.
3 Ireland
I made this film to help promote 3 Ireland's Connected Services, an arm of the organisation that offers digital solutions to businesses. The style chosen involves a lighthearted use of library footage and on-brand animation, in short punchy stings to fit a fast-paced voice over. I made three films as part of this campaign, all sharing a similar visual tone. Some films contained an interview section where senior members of the 3 Ireland team delivered pieces to camera. I made name strap / job title lower third graphics for these, and treated the interview footage with colour correction and lens effects to appear both visually arresting as well as fitting in seamlessly with the rest of the film.
